Care Instructions:
- Feel free to clean with most household cleaners or a soft cloth.
- We suggest avoiding harsh chemicals like bleach or heavy-duty degreasers, which can damage the finish over time.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads too, since they can scratch the finish and damage the nozzles.
- For a deeper clean, soak the face plate in equal parts water and white vinegar for 15 to 20 minutes, then wipe away any residue with a soft cloth.
- Replace your filter cartridge every 2 to 3 months, or sooner in hard water areas. Since the cartridge is designed for tool-free swaps, this takes minutes.
- Just twist off the old cartridge and click in the new one.
- If water flow slows down, that's your sign it's time to replace the filter.
- A fresh cartridge should restore full flow right away.
